RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS AND INFORMATION!
Please note: Religious Education Classes have finished for this year. We wish to thank all our catechists, volunteers, parents and students for their help and support. Religious Education Classes will begin in September for the 2012-2013 program year.
Registration for our 2012-2013 Religious Education Program is now taking place. New families are asked to contact the office for all information. Deadline is June 1, 2012.
The Religious Education Office is open Monday - Friday 9 AM until 3 PM. The Office is located on the first floor of St. Anthony School.
Registration for our "Sky" Vacation Bible School Program (July 9-13 from 8:30 am to 12 Noon) is now taking place. Parents of children who will be going into grades K-5 as of Sept. 2012 can click on this link for all information regarding the program and registration.
First Communion Masses are scheduled for May 12th )10:30 am & 12:30 pm).
Remember: Children's Liturgy is held every Sunday morning at the 10AM Mass. Children are led to a separate worship area with their facilitators to reflect on the readings and participate in shared prayer before returning to the main church. A Parish May Crowning with our First Communicants will take place at the 10 am Mass on May 13th.
We are in need of Office Helpers and Catechist assistants for our Sunday, Monday 2012-2013 Program Year Class Sessions. If you are interested in assisting as a catechist, catechist assistant, or hall monitor please contact us. Please click on this link for a You tube Video about being a catechist.
Please support "Scrip" which is a retail gift card fundraising program for our parish. You can purchase gift cards to Automotive, Travel, Restaurants and retail stores. A portion of all sales will go to our parish. Scrip is sold after all Masses at the Main doors of our Church. In addition, please go to: www.marketday.com to order delicious food items for your dinner table. Marketday is a fundraising effort for the benefit of our parish and parish school.
